VON Europe
So, VON Europe in Stockholm is over. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to go, which is a shame because the atmosphere at Jeff’s events is always great. I’m sure, this year was no different. If you, like me, missed out on the event you can still have a look at (most of) Jeff Pulver’s keynote and the concert he organized at the afterparty.
This year’s autumn VON will no longer be held in Berlin. Truth be told, last year’s Berlin event wasn’t really a match for the Stockholm event. It will be interesting to see if this year’s shift to Rome will allow Jeff to create a second event that matches the VON Stockholm conference & expo. Currently the VON Italy site shows registration to the conferences are free, which would indicate the event remains the smaller brother of Stockholm. But registrations aren’t open yet, so that may still be last year’s copy.
